Developed a fully autonomous AI-powered voice call center for handling both inbound and outbound calls using Twilio, media streams using Fastify Websocket, and OpenAI's API. The system can dynamically generate responses, understand user intent, and provide assistance without human intervention. Designed an interactive dashboard for call monitoring, allowing to track performance and optimize customer interactions. Successfully increase the ai speed by 80%.

Final Year Project

Enhanced chord analysis efficiency by 30% by developing a machine learning tool for chord detection using the Vamp library and NNLS Chroma algorithm, using my knowledge in music production, I added a tempo corrector to reduce error tested on over 100+ audio files for accuracy. Earned recognition as one of the Top 5 Final Year Projects in the Computer Science faculty and won a Silver medal at RICE (Research, Innovation & Creativity Exhibition Competition). Built the application using Django on WSL. Also, I began exploring LLM Agents through lyrics generation, which served as a foundation for my learning journey. Six months later, I used this knowledge to develop the SFA Chatbot.

Hackathon

Collaborated in a team of 5 devolopers to develop a blockchain-based service in 24 hours for a car insurance company to enhance transparency in the second-hand car market. Built using a Restful API in Django, the service tracks the status of cars, enabling buyers to easily verify if a car has been involved in an accident or suffered flood damage. The solution delivers a secure and reliable way to build trust between buyers and sellers in the car market.

Full Stack Developer / Team Member

Built login APIs, developed charts APIs, and secured the server with JWT middleware by designing an Express server. Designed and implemented the login page and charts UI in React Native to enhance user experience for the Isianpadu Sales Team. This development was part of a microservice architecture solution to support modular functionalities across teams.

Multi Agent System Dev

Designed and developed a chatbot for the SFA application by integrating OpenAI GPT and Google Gemini APIs. Embedded these APIs into AI agent tools, allowing the system to dynamically switch between GPT and Gemini modes. Optimized data structure and implemented efficient token usage strategies. Reduced token consumption by 80% and improved response accuracy by 90%. The chatbot can now directly query data, providing faster and more accurate responses to user queries. This was done to reduce data fuzziness and ensure relevant AI responses for the SFA application.

Full Stack Developer

Designed the Isianpadu official website's home page UI in Figma and developed the frontend using Next.js with Gasp for smooth animations. Built intuitive, responsive user interfaces and integrated efficient backend CRUD APIs for data handling. Added a content management system (CMS) to enable easy content updates. The project already deplyed in company server and currently under content review and will be released soon.
